Testimonials

I have been a patient of Dr. Moramarco since 1991 and have found him to be an excellent chiropractor. I never feel rushed during my appointments, and he takes the time to get to know me personally, and to find out what's going on in my life. Sometimes a person's personal situation is the cause of their ailment, and he needs to know that in order to administer the appropriate care. He also takes the time to fully explain the many ways in which a chiropractor can help to keep yourself fit and healthy. I have recommended many people to Dr. Moramarco over the years because I have that much trust and confidence in him. Dr. Moramarco also has the best staff. They are always happy to help, whether it’s dealing with insurance companies, scheduling or changing appointments, or squeezing you into their busy schedule when you need to see the doctor, but don’t have an appointment. I would highly recommend Dr. Moramarco to anyone in need of a chiropractor; he is a really great doctor.

Moramarco Chiropractic changed my quality of life. For years I struggled with back pain getting only temporary relief from prescription medications. I remember how painful it was just doing my every day activities. Finally I decided that something had to drastically change. I didn't like the side effects that most prescription medications have on the stomach. A friend suggested I see a chiropractor. Honestly, I was skeptical at first. But soon after I started treatment with Dr. Moramarco, I started experiencing pain-free days. I found myself able to breeze through my daily activities without worrying about if I bend wrong or if I sit too long. I knew I had made the right decision. Dr. Moramarco and his staff are a group of caring professionals. My only regret is that I wasn't introduced to Moramarco Chiropractic earlier. But I'm certainly making up for lost time now!

3-D Made Easy-Activities of Daily Living (ADL's)

Since scoliosis is a three-dimensional spinal deformity, ergonomics should be integrated as postural adjustments are required to counteract the negative effects that daily activities have on the potential for progression of a scoliotic curve. To thwart the “vicious cycle,” (Stokes), where asymmetric loading feeds into the progression of the curve for the scoliosis patient, daily activities such as sitting, standing, walking etc., are addressed three-dimensionally. “3-D exercises made easy” is the program developed to incorporate activities of daily living, three-dimensionally, specifically for scoliosis patients and their unique curves. “3-D exercises made easy” are beneficial to improving postural corrections and incorporating physio-logic® into these activities can also be advantageous.
