Chiropractic and Spinal Manipulation
“The doctor of the future will give no medicine but will interest the patient in the care of the human frame, in diet, and in the cause and prevention of disease.”
It is and has always been our goal to provide the highest quality care using a natural approach to healing and wellness. Our state of the art equipment, caring atmosphere and Dr. Moramarco’s knowledge and fun-loving demeanor truly makes our Woburn chiropractic office a healing place!
We are not about quantity of treatments; we are about quality of treatments! If we can’t help, we will do his best to get you to someone who can. Our Woburn chiropractic center has succeeded by taking the best possible care of every patient who walks through our doors and by referrals from those who appreciate the quality of chiropractic care we provide. If you are in need of a chiropractor, come meet us to learn how we can help. We can help patients struggling chronic lower or upper back pain, whiplash, and scoliosis via our conservative exercise rehabilitation program. We look forward to helping you regain health through chiropractic.
We offer a variety of chiropractic and exercise rehabilitation techniques focusing on spinal improvement to get you feeling better as quickly as possible. Chiropractic techniques incorporated include:
A hands-on spinal manipulation, or a chiropractic adjustment, usually involves gentle spinal pressure or a quick thrust to restore normal motion to joints that have become locked or immobile due to spinal mal-alignment.
Scientific studies have demonstrated the efficacy, safety, cost-effectiveness, and high levels of patient satisfaction achievable through spinal manipulation performed by a chiropractor. Dr. Moramarco incorporates the diversified method of chiropractic adjusting.
Most patients receive manual adjustments, but Dr. Moramarco is also skilled in “low force” adjustments, performed with a hand-held device known as an Activator® adjusting instrument. The adjustments delivered via this instrument are gentle and precise. Dr. Moramarco will always discuss which adjusting method he recommends for each particular case.
The Cox-Flexion Distraction technique is an extremely effective lower back pain treatment, and it also effectively treats lumbar discs. Cox requires a special table and is a non-force technique. Dr. Moramarco has incorporated this method since first opening his Woburn chiropractic office, and patients are pleased with the results.
If you have been to a chiropractor previously and prefer to be adjusted in a certain manner, please let us know. We want you to be satisfied with your chiropractic care and experience all the benefits chiropractic has to offer.
